I "accidentally" started discussing the principles of wealth accumulation with my previous post. I will try to cover all these topics in the next few weeks.
I do not know how to "get rich quick". But by applying the principles of wealth accumulation listed here, you will have a significantly higher probability of accumulating wealth and gaining financial independence over time.
The principles of wealth accumulation
- Identify your priorities and goals in life.
- Pay yourself first.
- Minimize expenses.
- Eliminate debt.
- Build an emergency cash fund.
- Accelerate wealth accumulation.
- Minimize capital loss.
- Minimize expenses (revisited).
- Maximize the power of compounding.
- Maximize income.
- Keep track of your progress.
Remember, if you keep doing the same things that you are doing now, you will keep getting the same results! If you want to change things, accumulate wealth, and gain financial independence, you will need to start making changes to your habits and your life!
